First Citizen Award
Chesapeake Rotary Club recognized attorney John Brown as Chesapeake's 2007 First Citizen at a sold-out fundraiser dinner held at the Chesapeake Conference Center. Attended by more than 500 people including past Chesapeake First Citizens, the event paid tribute to John Brown's numerous volunteer contributions to the Hampton Roads area.
